Terms of Use

1. The service

Meridian CV analyzes a résumé against a job description using artificial intelligence: it extracts the CV content, scores fit for the role, suggests rewrites anchored in facts already present in the document, flags evidence gaps, and generates a cover letter and likely interview questions.

The service is a job-application support tool. It does not guarantee interviews, screening approvals or employment, and it does not replace professional career advice.

2. Account and access

Using the analysis requires an account with a valid e-mail address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or show abusive or fraudulent use.

3. Plans, payment and quotas

The free plan includes a limited number of analyses (roles) per account, with an included re-run per role within a 14-day window. The paid Busca Ativa plan includes a monthly quota of new roles, renewing on the 1st of each month, plus additional re-runs per role.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time through the billing portal, effective at the end of the current cycle.

Unused quota does not roll over to the next month. Current prices and limits are those shown on the plans page at the time of purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to submit only content you have the right to use — your own résumé (or one you are expressly authorized to handle) and job descriptions obtained lawfully.

The following are prohibited: circumventing usage limits or security mechanisms; using the service to produce fraudulent content (for example, inserting false qualifications); attempting to manipulate the AI agent for purposes other than résumé analysis; reverse engineering or unauthorized automated access.

5. Your content

The résumé, job description and answers you provide remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service — running the analysis, generating results and keeping them available in your account.

You can delete your analyses at any time inside the app. Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. AI-generated results

Results are generated by language models and may contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. The system is instructed never to invent facts, but the final review is yours: check every suggestion before using it in a real application.

You are solely responsible for the content you send to employers, including CV versions and letters produced with the service's help.

7. Intellectual property

The software, the Meridian CV brand, the design and the product copy belong to their owners and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer any intellectual-property rights over the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian CV is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost opportunities arising from use of the service, including third-party hiring decisions.

The service is provided "as is" and may undergo downtime, maintenance and feature changes.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in the law. Relevant changes will be announced on the site or by e-mail; the date at the top indicates the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected as venue, except where consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
